When you initially meet with one of our Trainers, we'll put you through a movement assessment. This helps us understand how you move to make your workouts safe and effective.
We want to help you measure your success over the 6 weeks. By tracking movement, body composition and your initial strength. We will track this and know how far you've come!
Make these 6 weeks about learning the foundation for a healthier lifestyle. By learning simple strategies, the more complex strategies later on are more likely to stick and be effective! We will support you.
Our high energy group sessions, Repair & Restore flexibility sessions and Daily Challenge Cardio sessions, support your whole body.
The FMS is our magic bullet. This assessment helps us understand how you move so we can keep you safe and get you strong.
