Vanilla Protein Ice Cream

Vanilla Protein Ice Cream.jpegShopping & Ingredients List:

  • 140ml Double Cream
  • 200g low fat Cottage Cheese
  • 6 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • seeds from 2 Vanilla Pods
  • 25g Quinoa cooked
  • 150ml tinned Coconut Milk

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in food processor until smooth.
  2. Pour into large plastic container. Place in freezer.
  3. Every two hours stir through ice cream mix to break up ice crystals until frozen.
