Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 140ml Double Cream
- 200g low fat Cottage Cheese
- 6 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
- seeds from 2 Vanilla Pods
- 25g Quinoa cooked
- 150ml tinned Coconut Milk
Method
- Blend all the ingredients together in food processor until smooth.
- Pour into large plastic container. Place in freezer.
- Every two hours stir through ice cream mix to break up ice crystals until frozen.
