Excellent trainers who take the time to demonstrate exercises, explain what muscles should be working and work on technique so you don’t hurt yourself and can improve. As a middle aged, menopausal woman whose body has changed so much, it feels like starting again from the beginning but I already feel the benefit in mind and body and have no hesitation in recommending.

I would never have recovered from injury without the support of the Trainers and the other clients at the Hitchin gym. If you want to see real results but lack motivation you need to train with a PT in the room. Plus the rest of the class shouting and cheering you on! We laugh so much, I have never laughed in any other gym. After 4 years I am still training with many of the same people – it is a very positive dimension to the experience.
