In your 6 weeks, we'll help you troubleshoot your schedule. Together, we can build a fitness routine that you can sustain over time!
Exercise, safely!
When you initially meet with a Training Gyms Coach, we'll put you through a movement assessment. This helps us understand how you move to make your workouts safe and effective.
Set a baseline!
We want to measure success in the first 6 weeks. By tracking movement and body composition we can tell how far you've come in 6 weeks!
Learn the basics!
Make the first 6 weeks about learning the foundation for healthy eating. By learning the simple stuff the more complex strategies later on are more likely to stick and be effective!
The "6-Week Personal Coaching Experience" Includes...:
*A ONE-ON-ONE GOAL SETTING SESSION: We need to set a clear goal. Without one, it’s harder to feel accomplished. Work with your coaches to choose attainable, measurable goals.
*INDIVIDUALISED FITNESS PLAN: For your goals, your abilities, and your fitness level.
*1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING: We will work with you one-on-one to ensure your safety and progress
*12 SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS: You will receive elite level coaching that will help you improve movement and get strong at the same time. We can help you with any current injuries
*UNLIMITED CLASS TRAINING: Get access to our high energy Team Training and Daily Challenge sessions or relax and improve your flexibility with our Repair and Restore sessions. Whatever you need, you get full access too.
