Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 250g fresh Noodles
- 100ml Chicken Stock
- 1 tbsp Root Ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Hot Chilli Paste
- 3 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 4 Spring Onions, chopped
- 30g Peanuts, chopped
Method
- Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling water until done. Drain.
- Meanwhile, combine chicken stock, ginger, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, chilli paste & garlic in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until peanut butter melts & is heated through. Add noodles, toss to coat. Garnish with spring onions and peanuts
