Pastry and Coffee for Breakfast
In today’s video, we’re going do a miniseries of the top five ways to put on fat. Now, if you get from this video, what I want you to do is the opposite of what I say. So, this is my number one tip if you wanted to put on weight and put on body fat. I go to service stations obviously to fill up my car. And often in the morning, I will see people buying a cappuccino, a pastry, and that will be their breakfast.
The Worst Combination
Now, this is my number one way of putting on body fat because you are having caffeine. When you combine that with sugary processed foods such as a pastry, you are basically telling your body to store as much body fat as possible. It’s the worst combination of everything – saturated fat, processed foods, caffeine and dairy as well. It’s the worst combo for your body and you’re just going to be lining yourself up to increase your weight, increase your body fat.
Have a High Protein-Healthy Fat Breakfast
So, if you don’t get from this, I want you to do the opposite to that. You’re not going to have a pastry. You’re not going to have a milky cappuccino coffee with refined foods. You’re going to have a high protein and a healthy fat breakfast. And if you’re having a pure black coffee, that would be totally fine too. So, let me know what your breakfast was today.
