10 MINUTE HOME WORKOUT

Hey!

If you are looking for a workout to get you through to the weekend, here’s a great 10 minute workout that is sure to get your heart pumping and your body feeling amazing!

 

Here’s what to do:

Cross body Mountain Climbers x10 (or High Knee Marches)

Squat Jump 180s x10 (or Squats)

Split Jacks x10 (or Lunges)

Repeat for 8-10 minutes!
