5 MINUTE BREAKFAST: STRAWBERRY COTTAGE CUP

You will need:
Low Fat Cottage cheese x60g
1 Scoop Whey Protein (Flavour of your choice)
25g Pumpkin seeds
8 Strawberries, hulled and quartered

Here’s what to do:
Mix the cottage cheese and protein together
Mix in pumpkin seeds
Add strawberries on top and enjoy!
