5 MINUTE MORNING STRETCHES

Today we’re looking to get your morning off to a great start!

This simple morning routine takes just 5 minutes and will open up all of those stiff joints and get you ready to take on the day ahead.

We’ll be doing: 

Neck rotations x5 each way
Scapular rotations x5 each way
Shoulder rotations x5 on each arm
Thoracic rotations x5 each way
Hip rotations x5 on each leg
