5 Minute Salmon Wraps!

 

Looking for an instant way to get your morning protein kick? Try this simple breakfast recipe!

You will need:

  • Asparagus Spears
  • Smoked Salmon 125g
  • Lemon juice
  • Black Pepper

 

Here’s how to make them.

1) Lightly steam asparagus spears for 2-3mins so they still have a crunch to them.
2) Wrap spears with smoked salmon slices.
3) Squeeze over lemon juice and season with black pepper
4) Serve and enjoy!

It really is as easy as that!
