So the question I got asked by a lady client of ours today was “How do I basically make myself live longer? How do I increase my longevity?”

Resistance Work and How It Helps You Live Longer

Now one of the most correlated things with longevity is actually the amount of muscle you sustained or you keep into older age. The only way to really make sure that you maintain muscle mass is to actually use resistance work.

Benefits of Resistance Work

Resistance work is obviously vital to making sure that you keep the amount of muscle, as much muscle as you can, into older age but also it helps with support of all your joints, helps with stopping the decrease of bone density – It has massive impact.

So my biggest tip if you are looking to increase your longevity in life, live a stronger and more able life later into your years would be to make sure that you are using resistance training everyday.
