What to order
Starters – Skewered King Prawns (add a side salad to make a healthy main)
From the grill – choose a protein option e.g. the Riverside Rump Steak or Sweet Baby Chicken, take off the side of chips/potatoes and add extra salad
Halloumi & Feta Salad – add chicken, leave the cous cous

What to avoid
Chips, rice and potatoes as a side
Dessert! – Sticky toffee pudding and american pancakes are as naughty as they sound!
