  • 150g Horseradish, grated
  • 2 cooked Beetroots, grated
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • Salt, to own taste

Method

  1. Mix the horseradish, beetroot, salt & vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Spoon into sterilised glass jar & store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
