  • 2 large Oranges, segmented

  • 100g Salad Leaves, chopped

  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

Dressing

  • 1 tsp Poppy Seeds

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

Method
1. Whisk together the dressing ingredients.
2. Assemble main ingredients on 2 plates & pour over dressing.
3. Also suitable for packed lunches.
