This quick workout requires absolutely no equipment and can be done absolutely anywhere you want!
We’ll be doing:
21x Lateral Squats (or lunges)
15x Squat Thrusts Into Press-ups (or knee based press ups)
9x Reverse Crunches
That is 1 round, we’re going to repeat this 4 times with no rests!
This is a tough one, but is a perfect way to kickstart your day!
