Fun fact: Tabata simply means ‘a high-intensity interval training that consists of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds with a brief rest of 10 seconds.’
Here’s what to do:
❤️ Tuck Jumps (or squats)
Press ups (From knees or standing)
Mountain climbers (or high knee marches)
High knees (or standing marches)
Split Jumps (or lunges)
30 second rest
Repeat 5 times
