English Breakfast Burgers

  • 350g lean Pork Mince
  • 150g Sausage Meat
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sage, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
  • Salt & Pepper, to own taste

Method

  1. Combine minced pork with sausage meat, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce & chopped fresh sage leaves. Season & mix well, then shape into four burgers. Allow to rest in the fridge for 30 mins.
  2. Heat sunflower oil in a heavy-based frying pan & fry the burgers over a medium-high heat, turning once, for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Drain any excess fat & serve.
