FAT BURNING WEEKEND WORKOUT!

In today’s weekend warrior, Andy takes us through a quick and highly intense routine, which will get you burning fat before you know it!

We will be doing:
Gate-swings into burpees, 10 of each.
10 Seconds rest.
Squat thrusts into toe touches, 10 of each.
10 Seconds rest.
Repeat the entire routine using 5 reps of each exercise.
