This recipe makes 8-10 Muffins:






How to:
– Preheat the oven to 180 degrees & grease your muffin tray
– Prep your veggies!
– Whisk your eggs and seasoning
– Add the veggies first, then the egg mix then the cheese!
– Bake for 10-12 minutes
TOP TIP: Serve with salsa, avocado and some wholemeal bread!
