Greek Burgers with Radish Tzatziki

  • 125g Beef Mince
  • 125g Pork Mince
  • 25g Almond Flour
  • 1 small Red Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp crushed Garlic
  • finely grated Lemon Zest
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 100g 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp dried Mint
  • juice of 1 Lemon
  • 6-8 Radishes, very finely sliced 
  • ½ tsp crushed Garlic

Method

To make burgers

  1. 125g beef mince & 125g pork mince, Quarter cup of almond flour Small red onion chopped, Tsp crushed garlic, Finely grated lemon zest, 1 tbsp oregano, 1 egg, half tbsp coconut oil
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Form into 4 burgers. Cook on hot oiled griddle for 2-3 minutes each side

To make Radish Tzatziki

  1. 100g Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp dried mint, Juice of 1 lemon, 6-8 radishes very finely sliced, Half tsp crushed garlic. Mix all the ingredients together.
