Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 125g Beef Mince
- 125g Pork Mince
- 25g Almond Flour
- 1 small Red Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp crushed Garlic
- finely grated Lemon Zest
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1 Egg
- ½ tbsp Coconut Oil
- 100g 0% Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp dried Mint
- juice of 1 Lemon
- 6-8 Radishes, very finely sliced
- ½ tsp crushed Garlic
Method
To make burgers
- 125g beef mince & 125g pork mince, Quarter cup of almond flour Small red onion chopped, Tsp crushed garlic, Finely grated lemon zest, 1 tbsp oregano, 1 egg, half tbsp coconut oil
- Mix all ingredients together. Form into 4 burgers. Cook on hot oiled griddle for 2-3 minutes each side
To make Radish Tzatziki
- 100g Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp dried mint, Juice of 1 lemon, 6-8 radishes very finely sliced, Half tsp crushed garlic. Mix all the ingredients together.
