Here’s how to do them!
Pick up the bar in a supinated grip (hands underneath the bar)
Push your bottom back and a soft bend in the knee
Pull your elbows back in towards your belly button, squeezing your shoulder blades the entire time.
Bring the bar slowly down at a controlled speed
Repeat for as many repetitions as you need.
