How To: Deadbugs

timhtIf you’re looking to tone your tummy in time for Christmas, Deadbugs are your answer!

Deadbugs are one of the easiest and most effective exercises that can be done absolutely anywhere in order to quickly strengthen your core muscles.

Here’s how to do them:

Lay flat on your back, with your knees up at 90 degrees and hands pointing up towards the ceiling.
Move your right arm back over your head, extending your opposite left leg straight as you do.
Slowly come back up to the starting position.
Repeat with the opposite arm and leg.

 

Deadbugs are an ideal way to start your day and will help getting those core muscles nicely toned up!
