How To: Dumbbell Snatch

In this quick how to, or trainer Nikki will be talking you through the Dumbbell Snatch.

This is a great exercise if you’re looking to work your entire body, and all you need is a simple set of dumbbells!

Here’s what to look out for:
1) Drop your hips back an low, keeping your chest up high
2) Collect the dumbbell with a straight arm
3) Shoot the dumbbell up with power and force above your head
4) On the way down, keep the dumbbell close to your body, bend the legs touch down to the ground.
5) Repeat!

Quick and simple, try fitting snatches into your sessions!
