Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 8 Lamb Loin Chops
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 4 tbsp Rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp Tarragon, chopped
- 2 tbsp Thyme, chopped
- Salt & Pepper to own taste
Method
- In a blender, blend garlic, herbs & oil.
- Season each lamb chop & place in shallow dish. Coat each chop with herb paste. Cover & refrigerate for 4 hours, or overnight.
- Place under a hot grill for 5 mins. Turn & cook for 3-4 mins. Serve with steamed vegetables or green salad.
