  • 8 Lamb Loin Chops
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • 4 tbsp Rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tarragon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Thyme, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to own taste

Method

  1. In a blender, blend garlic, herbs & oil.
  2. Season each lamb chop & place in shallow dish. Coat each chop with herb paste. Cover & refrigerate for 4 hours, or overnight.
  3. Place under a hot grill for 5 mins. Turn & cook for 3-4 mins. Serve with steamed vegetables or green salad.
