I joined 3 years ago. I joined because I needed help getting to my fitness goals rather than on my own.
I trained at David Lloyd with a personal trainer but I couldn’t afford the personal training sessions, on a regular enough basis. So I decided to join DVCC so I could come & have someone train me every single session.
I’ve lost 30lbs of fat, I feel a lot stronger and now I’m a bit more flexible since I’ve been stretching.
I enjoy it, it’s a lot of buzz. I feel fit. I have recognised how well I’ve done over a long period of time.
It’s when I look back at my weights, when I first joined compare to what they are now and seeing what a transformation I’ve actually gone through.
Because at the time it feels a bit slow but when you look back over a time, it’s really, really powerful.
(Why would you recommend the DVCC?) Because it works!
