Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 3 large Eggs, beaten
- 5 ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
- 30g Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 4 Spring Onions, chopped
- Salt & Pepper, to own taste
- 2 tsp Olive Oil, for greasing
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190c (170 fan), 375f, gas mark 5. Grease a non-stick mini muffin tray.
- Add the salt, pepper, cheese, spring onions to the bowl of beaten eggs. Mix well & divide the mixture evenly between the 12 tray portions. Fill to the brim.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a skewer inserted near the centre comes out clean, 12-15 mins. Remove from the oven & allow to cool a little in the tray before lifting out onto a plate. Serve.
