You will probably have heard that you want your body to be more “alkaline”, in fact its becoming something of a buzz word!
As you would expect we at The DVCC keep up with the latest research and so have been advising our clients for the last 7 years to do everything they can to help their body be more alkaline. However it is only recently with the advent of more sophisticated kitchen equipment that it has become much easier to do.
I have now become a Juice adict! Of course I don’t ever subsitute meals for a greens juice, rather I add it to my daily nutrition. Below is my favourite recipe at the moment:
- Pear
- Kale
- Spinach
- Basil
- Lemon Juice
- Broccoli
