  • 300g Smoked Mackerel,skinned & flaked
  • 250g low fat Cottage Cheese
  • 50g Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 chopped Red Pepper
  • 1 bunch of Spring Onions, chopped

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in food processor. Use pulse for 2-3 mins in 15 second spurts.
  2. Then process on low for 2 mins until nearly smooth.
  3. Empty into four ramekins & chill in fridge. Serve with raw veggies, crackers etc. NB Kcals/macros do not include serving suggestion.
