Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 300g Smoked Mackerel,skinned & flaked
- 250g low fat Cottage Cheese
- 50g Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 chopped Red Pepper
- 1 bunch of Spring Onions, chopped
Method
- Put all ingredients in food processor. Use pulse for 2-3 mins in 15 second spurts.
- Then process on low for 2 mins until nearly smooth.
- Empty into four ramekins & chill in fridge. Serve with raw veggies, crackers etc. NB Kcals/macros do not include serving suggestion.
