Overnight Oats: Your new fruity friend

 

Today we’re bringing you a simple, fruity recipe that will be sure to get you prepped and ready to take on the day ahead!

 

Ingredients: 

Porridge Oats x40g
Fat Free Yogurt x200g
Frozen Raspberries (or any fruit of your choice)

Method:
1) Mix all ingredients together
2) Chill overnight
3) Enjoy the next day!

It really is as easy as that!
