Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 100g Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder*
- ½ tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- 1 Pear, peeled & grated
- 4 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 115ml Runny Honey
*use gluten-free if required
Method
- Preheat oven to 190c (170 fan), 375f, gas mark 5.
- In a bowl mix together the dry ingredients.
- Add the grated pear. Mix well. Add oil & honey & beat on low speed with a hand mixer.
- Divide between papercase lined muffin tin. Bake for 25 mins. Allow to cool at room temperature.
