Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 10 pitted Dates, chopped
- 360g Oat Flour
- 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 115ml Almond Milk
Method
- Soak dates in 170ml water for 20 minutes. Lightly grease a 8″x 8″ (20x20cm) baking tin.
- Preheat oven to 190c (170 fan), 375f, gas mark 5.
- Mix oat flour with pumpkin spice. Add soaked dates, water, vanilla extract, almond milk & blend until smooth.
- Scrape batter into baking tin. Cook for 25 mins. Let cool for 10 mins before cutting & serving.
