  • 10 pitted Dates, chopped
  • 360g Oat Flour
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 115ml Almond Milk

Method

  1. Soak dates in 170ml water for 20 minutes. Lightly grease a 8″x 8″ (20x20cm) baking tin.
  2. Preheat oven to 190c (170 fan), 375f, gas mark 5.
  3. Mix oat flour with pumpkin spice. Add soaked dates, water, vanilla extract, almond milk & blend until smooth.
  4. Scrape batter into baking tin. Cook for 25 mins. Let cool for 10 mins before cutting & serving.
