Release Your Back Pressure – The Frog Stretch

 

 

 

Often people experience tightness in what they *think* is just their hamstrings, but your body can be more complex than that. Do this stretch to help release pressure in your adductors as well as hamstrings and therefor aide your lower back.

This stretch forms part of our “Mobilisation Matrix”, a series of exercises done at the end of every session at The DVCC
