Today we’re talking you through a gravity based workout. All of these exercises are completed on the floor and require absolutely no equipment, ideal for beginners!

Here’s the routine:
Press ups x10
Cross body mountain climbers x10
10 metre bear crawl and back
Repeat 4 times!
