Spaghetti Bolognese, the perfect way to end your day!

SpagOur Spaghetti Bolognese is a fantastically filling and delicious way to end the day!

Here’s how to make it:

 

Ingredients: 

1 red onion
2 carrots
2 garlic cloves
2 celery sticks
350g mince
400g chopped tomatoes
1tsp mixed herbs
1/4 tsp dried chilli flakes
500g spaghetti

1) Spray pan with low calorie cooking oil and cook mince.
2) In a different pan, cook the onion, carrots, garlic, celery for 2-3 minutes.
3) Add the two together and mix in herbs, tomatoes and chilli flakes, stirring until boiling. Cover and simmer gently for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4) Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions.
5)Serve spaghetti with bolognese sauce on top.

The perfect way to end the day or even better as lunch for the following day!
