  • 1 Egg White
  • 200g Almonds
  • handful Sea Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200c (180 fan), 400f, gas mark 6.
  2. Whisk egg white until stiff.
  3. Add almonds to egg white & stir until evenly coated. Tip onto baking sheet. Sprinkle over salt.
  4. Bake for 15 mins. Leave to cool completely before serving.
