- 1 Egg White
- 200g Almonds
- handful Sea Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 200c (180 fan), 400f, gas mark 6.
- Whisk egg white until stiff.
- Add almonds to egg white & stir until evenly coated. Tip onto baking sheet. Sprinkle over salt.
- Bake for 15 mins. Leave to cool completely before serving.
