Spiced Lemon Tea

Shopping & Ingredients List:

  • 1 Tea Bag
  • 1 Cardamon Pod
  • Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 tbsp Stevia
  • 35ml Lemon Juice
  • 100ml fresh Orange Juice
  • 4 Mint Leaves, chopped
  • 100ml ice-cold Water
  • 250ml Mineral Water
  • 2-3 Lemon Slices, optional to decorate

Method
1. Bring 250ml water to boil in a pan. Add stevia, spices, tea bag. Stir over low heat for 3 mins. Discard teabag. Place tea in fridge until cold.
2. Discard spices, stir in ice cold water, lemon juice, orange juice. Add mint & ice. Serve immediately.
