  • 225g Walnut pieces
  • 225g Cashew halves
  • 225g Sultanas
  • 225g dried Apricots, chopped
  • 225g dried Apples, chopped
  • 2 tbsp  Coconut Oil, melted
  • 2 tsp Mild Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180c (160 fan), 350f, gas mark 4. Line baking sheet foil.
  2. In large bowl mix the nuts & dried fruit.
  3. In another bowl whisk the oil, curry powder & paprika. Pour over fruit & nut mix. Blend well until mixture evenly coated.
  4. Spread out thinly on baking sheet. Bake for 20-35 mins. Cool before sealing in plastic bags or airtight jar.
