Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 225g Walnut pieces
- 225g Cashew halves
- 225g Sultanas
- 225g dried Apricots, chopped
- 225g dried Apples, chopped
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 2 tsp Mild Curry Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
Method
- Preheat oven to 180c (160 fan), 350f, gas mark 4. Line baking sheet foil.
- In large bowl mix the nuts & dried fruit.
- In another bowl whisk the oil, curry powder & paprika. Pour over fruit & nut mix. Blend well until mixture evenly coated.
- Spread out thinly on baking sheet. Bake for 20-35 mins. Cool before sealing in plastic bags or airtight jar.
