  • 1 Orange, peeled & segmented
  • 250g Stawberries, hulled & sliced
  • 125g seedless Grapes
  • 1 Apples, cored & sliced
  • 1 Kiwi, peeled & chopped
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • squeeze of Lemon Juice
