Sweet & Spicy Burgers.jpegShopping & Ingredients List:

  • 500g Lean Beef Mince
  • 100g Dried Apricots, chopped
  • 50g Dates, chopped
  • 50g Rolled Oats*
  • 4 Spring Onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Moroccan Spice Mix
  • 2 Eggs, beaten

*use gluten-free if required

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to a medium heat.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into 5 burger patties.
  4. Place them under the grill, turn mid-way through & cook them for 10 – 15 minutes, or until they are thoroughly cooked through.
