Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 500g Lean Beef Mince
- 100g Dried Apricots, chopped
- 50g Dates, chopped
- 50g Rolled Oats*
- 4 Spring Onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp Moroccan Spice Mix
- 2 Eggs, beaten
*use gluten-free if required
Method
- Preheat the grill to a medium heat.
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into 5 burger patties.
- Place them under the grill, turn mid-way through & cook them for 10 – 15 minutes, or until they are thoroughly cooked through.
