This smoothie is a quick and easy way to get your day underway and give you an instant spring in your step!

You will need: 
Handful Of Spinach
1 Small Banana
6 Whole Strawberries
1 Kiwi Fruit
200ml coconut or almond milk
1tsb coconut oil
Juice of 1 lime
Ice
