Vanilla Cafe Latte

  • 700ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
  • 250ml Espresso
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Sugar
  • 115g 70%+ Dark Chocolate, grated

Method

  1. Put milk into saucepan & bring to boil. Remove from heat.
  2. Mix in espresso, or very strong black coffee with 500ml of the boiled milk. Sweeten with vanilla sugar.
  3. Return to gentle heat. Add grated chocolate & mix until dissolved. Serve immediately.
