Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 700ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
- 250ml Espresso
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Sugar
- 115g 70%+ Dark Chocolate, grated
Method
- Put milk into saucepan & bring to boil. Remove from heat.
- Mix in espresso, or very strong black coffee with 500ml of the boiled milk. Sweeten with vanilla sugar.
- Return to gentle heat. Add grated chocolate & mix until dissolved. Serve immediately.
