Today we’re walking you through a quick and effective ab workout that can be done at home, in the office, anywhere! After this your abs will be on fire and we promise, you’ll be set to take on the week ahead!

We’ll be doing:

Side Plank With Lateral Raises – 30 seconds on both sides
Russian Twists- 30 seconds
Bent Hollow Hold- 30 seconds
Repeat 4 times.
