Looking to grow those commonly unused shoulder muscles?

Then get your week off to a great start with this quick workout, all you’ll need is a set of dumbbells!

We’ll be doing: 
Kneeling Tall Dumbbell Press x10
Squat to Dumbbell Press x10
Half Knee Armoured Press x10
45 seconds rest
Repeat for 4 rounds
