Get your Friday off to a big start with our EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) workout. A quick and simple workout that can be done absolutely will get you nicely set up for the weekend!
We’ll be doing 3 exercises, restarting each round as every minute passes.
10 Jump Squats
10 Press ups
Jump lunges until minute ends
No matter where you are in the routine, as soon as you hit the minute mark, restart from the beginning.
Repeat for up to 20 minutes.
This is a really fun one and is even better if you get a friend or work colleague involved! Have fun with it!
