Quick and simple, but will be sure to give you an incredible workout, today’s plank challenge will definitely get your muscles burning!

We’ll be doing 20 seconds of:

Front planks
Side planks
Reverse planks
Other side planks
5 press ups

 

Repeat 3 times to complete 1 set, see how many sets you can do!
