Hi! This is Mark fromTheDVCC.com. In today’s video, I’m going to tell you what is the worst word to use in weight loss.

Never Say “I Should” in Weight Loss

So a lot of people say that they should do something. I should go to the gym,
I should eat better, I should do this, I should do that. Now that is the worst word that you can use because basically, “I should” is something that you perceive you need to do. It’s not what you want to do. It’s what you perceive society or others think you should do. So if you constantly do things you should, you’re never going to succeed because you don’t really want to.

Change Your Words and Perceptions to Succeed
So basically, you need to try and change what words you’re using or your perceptions on what you’re doing, and you do things that you want to do. So if you’re doing something because you should do it, it’s not because you want to do it, and you’re unfortunately never going to really succeed because you don’t have that drive and that passion for it. So try flipping the things you do and the words you use, and you’ll find that you’ll be a lot more successful in your weight loss endeavors.
