What's included in the 6 Week Mini Membership?
During your first 6 weeks you will work 1:1 with one of the designated Assessor for your club. You will receive an initial consultation and physical assessment to ensure we understand your specific wants and needs. You will then be booked for a Fundamentals session, in this 50 minute, 1:1 session you will learn the basics of exercise and offers a further opportunity for us to see you in motion, allowing further tailoring of your later sessions to you specifically.
From here on you’re free to explore everything the DVCC has to offer, all sessions are open for you to join. You’ll integrate within our supportive community, join our private Facebook Group for your club and remain in constant communication with the very same Assessor you spoke with on your first day!
Oh and you’ll receive a plethora of virtual Nutrition support from our in-house Nutrition Coach to give you the best start possible on your fitness journey!
If I have to take some time away from the gym, will I lose it?
We’ll do everything we can to ensure you don’t miss out on time you have paid for. If you have any concerns regarding your ability to attend sessions for an extended period of time our memberships team are here to help.
Do I need to be fit to join?
Certainly not!
All are welcome at the DVCC and you’ll never be made to feel inadequate or ill-prepared. Aches, pains and long-standing injuries are normal here.
We’re here to help build the strength needed to break free of pain and rediscover the flexibility and mobility you thought was a thing of the past.
