First of all one of main differences you will notice as soon as you step into one of our custom built Personal Training Gyms is the friendly and welcoming environment. If you have ever been to a commercial gym you will have undoubtedly felt the often unfriendly, competitive, everybody for themselves atmosphere.
Our Personal Training Gyms thrive on the positivity of our community, clients and Expert Team. Although every client may have different reasons for exercising, different body shapes, different needs and different goals, one thing remains consistent.

The DVCC is a results based Personal Training Gym, custom built for weight loss and muscle tone. Treadmills have their place in a gym, but there is no place for them in a Transformation Centre.
Research shows that steady state cardio is largely ineffective for fat loss and gaining muscle tone, therefore we have no need for them.
Each time you come to one of our 5 Personal Training Gyms (Bedford, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Hitchin and St Albans) you will be given the full attention of one of our Client Assessors, who will be there for you throughout the whole of your journey to your goals.
