  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Chilli
  • Coconut Oil

Method

  1. Mix together 1tbsp of Dijon Mustard with 1tbsp of tomato purée, 1tsp coriander & 1tsp chilli.
  2. Rub over chicken breasts.
  3. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes before cooking with coconut oil on a griddle.
