Guacamole

Guacamole.jpegShopping & Ingredients List:

  • 2 ripe Avocados
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 8 drops of Tabasco
  • 1 tsp dried Chilli Flakes
  • small bunch of Coriander, chopped
  • small Red Onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • pinch of Salt

Method

  1. Peel & stone avocados, put into a bowl. Mash using a fork until fairly smooth.
  2. In a small bowl mix lemon juice, tabasco, chilli, coriander, onion, olive oil & salt.
  3. Fold through avocado. Serve immediately.
