Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 2 ripe Avocados
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 8 drops of Tabasco
- 1 tsp dried Chilli Flakes
- small bunch of Coriander, chopped
- small Red Onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- pinch of Salt
Method
- Peel & stone avocados, put into a bowl. Mash using a fork until fairly smooth.
- In a small bowl mix lemon juice, tabasco, chilli, coriander, onion, olive oil & salt.
- Fold through avocado. Serve immediately.
